Carolyn Smith
Conveyancing Manager
Carolyn joined the firm in December 2002 and has extensive experience as a Conveyancing / Probate Clerk.
Carolyn has an Advanced Diploma of Business Certificate (Legal Practice) from RMIT and commenced employment in 1974.
Main areas of practice
- Plans of Subdivision;
- Commercial and residential conveyancing; and
- Acquisitions on behalf of Local Government.
Other areas include assisting with and preparation of documentation relating to Contract, Company Law, Tort, Probate and Family Law.
Clientele
Developers and overseas investors, Local Government and business and domestic conveyancing.

Jenny Newett
Practice Manager
Jenny has been our Practice Manager since 1999. She is familiar with all areas of the firm's accounting requirements and liaises with the firm's Auditors and Accountants.
Jenny wears many hats having started with the firm in 1981 as a Receptionist/Secretary and graduated to our Conveyancing and Probate Manager from 1988 to 1994. Jenny had a brief absence from the firm for the birth of her children but was welcomed back to the firm in her present capacity in 1999.
Jenny is also our Human Resources Manager and is integral to the smooth operation of the firm.
Carole Woolley
Probate Clerk and Personal Assistant to Managing Partner
Carole joined the firm in 1987 and became Pippa Sampson's personal assistant in 1989, where she gained experience in the areas of civil procedure and litigation.
Carole completed a course in Deceased Estates and Wills in 1996 and has worked as a Probate Clerk under Pippa's supervision since that time.
Carole also doubles as the firm's Information Technology troubleshooter and as such is a valued member of the team.
